We regular send members emails of new procedures opening and times of the Fitness suite. These can change in advance notice to accommodate flexibility to the centre. Any fitness related questions can be answered by emailing fitnessfcgac@gmail.com

• Monday 9-8pm
• Tuesday 9-7pm
• Wednesday 9-7pm
• Thursday 4-8pm (after 16th September 10am – 8pm)
• Friday 9am – 7pm
• Saturday 9am – 2pm
